Seller is required to maintain a quality system that complies with the requirements of Appendix B of Boeing Document D6-82479, “Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS) Requirement for Suppliers, as amended from time to time. Boeing Document D6-82479 is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. Boeing reserves the right to conduct surveillance at Seller's facility to determine whether Seller's quality system meets the requirements of this clause.
