Seller shall include with the packing sheet, for each shipment, certification that specified material type conforms with Buyer's Purchase Contract. The certification must state material type, heat/lot number, and manufacturer's name.

Material must be physically identified by permanent marking method with material type and heat lot number. Tag identification may only be used on material having 3/8" or less surface for marking.
