This website contains the current version of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, Inc. Canoga Park, California A United Technologies Company (formerly known as The Boeing Company, Rocketdyne Propulsion and Power). These Standard Terms apply to all Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Contracts (PC) for the purchase of goods and services issued by Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, Inc. (PWR) and may also be expressly incorporated in purchase contracts by other United Technologies’ divisions and subsidiaries at their election. In addition, a "General Instructions for Canoga Park - Terms and Conditions" Guide along with a Customer Contracts Requirements (CCR) document should be referred to in conjunction with the PWR General Provisions, Special Provisions, Appendices, Codes and Flysheets when the Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, Inc. (PWR) Canoga Park Order/Contract references a Government or Customer contract.
Although these Standard Terms and Conditions replace earlier T's & C's imposed under The Boeing Company, please note that RFQs, POs, and contracts issued under prior versions of the T's & C's will continue to be governed by the version that applied at the time of issuance
